Order Processing

Orders placed with emporiastudio receive our immediate attention. We prepare and process all orders within 1–2 business days, counting Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real time.

emporiastudio also ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected European Union countries. International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Order Tracking

We are dedicated to complete transparency throughout your shipment's journey. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

Address Changes

If your shipping address needs to be updated, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and include your order number in your message. We will make every effort to accommodate changes requested after that window, but once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be modified.
